Terms & Conditions
- Fuel: the renter refuels the car themselves — the car is collected with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
- Late return: returning the car later than the agreed time incurs an additional charge of 100 baht per hour.
- Cancellation: if the renter cancels more than 1 hour after collecting the car, the rental fee is non-refundable; if the car is returned before the agreed end date, 50% of the rental fee is deducted.
- Driving licence: the renter must hold an international driving permit, or a driving licence issued in their own place of residence.
- Purpose of rental: the car may be used for tourism, or for lawful business purposes, only.
- Compliance with the law: if the renter or any other person uses the car unlawfully, or breaches the law or the regulations of traffic officers in any way, the renter alone bears the responsibility.
- No subletting: the renter must not sublet the rented car, or hand it over to any other person to use, under any circumstances.
- Security deposit: if the renter breaches any one of the conditions or terms above, the renter agrees that we may seize the security deposit immediately, and accepts liability for any damage caused, including the costs of legal proceedings.
- No smoking in the car: smoking inside the car incurs an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 baht.
- Booking deposit: the renter must transfer a booking deposit in advance to secure the booking.**Please call to confirm your booking with us before making any transfer.
Rental Documents & Deposit
- A credit card to pay the rental fee (if available).
- The actual driver's national ID card.
- The actual driver's driving license.
- A booking transfer of 1,000–2,000 baht per car, depending on car size (please call to confirm the booking before transferring).
- A deposit of 5,000–10,000 baht per car, depending on car size.
